Hi loma! A good initial email was very important to us since we were looking for strong communicators. We didn’t look much at resumes for the CSM role but SaaS experience was a plus. If their email was good, we sent them a quick assignment. Basically a few common support questions we get and asked them to answer them like they would doing support. From there, they would go through our interview rounds. No formal probation period right now. Hope that helps!
